What This Covers

Converting, Holding, and Release in One Relationship

You supply the parent rolls. We convert them to your finished roll and packaging specification, and we can hold the parent rolls, the finished converted rolls, or both here in Beaver Dam until your production calls for them.

Material is released on your schedule, and when a shipment needs to carry your identity rather than ours, we prepare it under your name and labels, with no Paper Dimensions branding on the shipment or paperwork.

How It Works

From Your Parent Rolls to Scheduled Release

Every program moves through the same five steps. Customers arrange their own inbound and outbound freight throughout.

  1. Step 1

    Parent Rolls Arrive

Your parent rolls arrive at our Beaver Dam facility on your inbound freight and are identified as customer-owned material from receipt.

  2. Step 2

    Converting

We convert to your finished roll and packaging specification.

  3. Step 3

    Holding

Parent rolls waiting for conversion, finished converted rolls, or both can be held at our Beaver Dam facility under your program.

  4. Step 4

    Release on Your Schedule

You call off material on an agreed schedule or as production requires. We package and stage the material for pickup by your carrier.

  5. Step 5

    Blind Shipment

When required, finished rolls are prepared under your name and labels, with no Paper Dimensions branding on the shipment or paperwork. Freight is still arranged by you.

Customer-Owned Inventory Programs

Hold Your Rolls Here. Release Them When Production Calls.

For recurring converting programs, holding finished rolls in Beaver Dam can reduce the amount of material occupying space at your plant. We release material as your production needs it.

  • Hold parent rolls waiting for conversion, finished converted rolls, or both
  • Releases on an agreed schedule or on call-off
  • Less material occupying space at your plant
  • Intended primarily for recurring converting requirements, not one-off orders

Every program is configured around the material and the release pattern. Warehousing isn’t automatically part of every converting job, so we’ll talk it through with you when we quote.

Blind Shipment & Custom Packaging

Prepared Under Your Name. Packaged to Your Requirements.

When you resell converted rolls or send them directly to your customer, the shipment can be prepared under your name and labels, with no Paper Dimensions branding on the shipment or paperwork.

  • Blind shipment: your branding and labels, no Paper Dimensions marks on the shipment or paperwork
  • Custom labeling to your requirements
  • Cradle packaging
  • Individually wrapped rolls

Customers arrange their own freight.

Paper Dimensions packages, labels, and stages material for pickup by the customer’s carrier. We do not provide transportation services or select carriers.

Built Around Toll Converting

Warehousing Built Around Your Converting Program

Warehousing here isn’t a standalone storage business. It exists to support the converting we do on customer-owned specialty and industrial paper, and it is configured around that material and your release pattern.

Paper Dimensions has supported specialty and industrial converting programs from Beaver Dam since 1972.

Machine-level detail, including roll widths, unwind and rewind diameters, roll weights, core sizes, and tolerances, is in our Converting Capabilities Sheet.
