Roll Converting
Our core capability. We convert paper to your exact width and core specifications using five rewinder/slitters. Precision widths from 0.5″ to 112″, every order built to your tolerance requirements.

Inventory Management

Our facility runs five rewinder/slitters — two Powell slitters, two Jennerjahn converting and rewinding lines, and a Webco slitting machine — each maintained for precision performance across every job.

Machine Capabilities
Paper Dimensions operates five rewinder/slitters with different width, diameter, and weight capacities. Incoming parent-roll OD reaches 84″ and finished/rewind OD reaches 72″ on our highest-capacity machine; other lines run narrower ranges. Use the table below as a qualification guide — final machine selection depends on your full material and finished-roll specification.

Published capacities are machine-dependent and may not all apply simultaneously. Material, width, basis weight/caliper, core, roll weight, unwind diameter, and finished-roll requirements are reviewed together before a job is assigned.
